Stranded in Foxborough from NY. Made it to Williams Auto and felt like we were with friends. Jessica was helpful and warm right from the first phone call. We were impressed by the attentive and courteous way we were treated. She was very thorough yet mindful of our predicament (trying to get home.) Her knowledgeable guidance helped us make the decision that we could attempt the trip. No pressure or sales pitch of any kind.
