Unless you're a mechanic yourself, the most important thing about bringing your car in to be serviced is that you TRUST THE MECHANIC. We were referred to Williams Automotive more than a decade ago, and I have never not trusted Jeff & Jessica to maintain our cars. We never by cars new. We bring a used car to Jeff for and inspection before we buy (which has saved us thousands of dollars), and then rely on Jeff to maintain it for us. Besides being able to TRUST THE MECHANIC, it's important for the mechanic to KNOW HIS STUFF. Jeff has a vast knowledge and has proven to be a very talented mechanic, working on my Ford, my wife's Lexus, and my son's Jetta. If your mechanic is trustworthy and knows his stuff, keep him. If not, see Jeff. Not only will he keep your used car running like a top, but he will take you on an emergency, and will never overcharge for his services.

I am very happy that I found Williams Automotive. I needed a replacement for the timings belt on my 2003 Honda Accord. I also needed new headlight covers the originals were very dull. I Had them buffed a few times over the years but Williams Automotive offered a reasonable deal. They also discovered a leak with my power steering. They did a total inspection of my car. I was very happy to know that they were concern I had a safe car. I would recommend to all. The staff are very friendly and the owners are awesome. I would recommend Williams Automotive I believe you will be impressed with their service I was. Thank you so much Williams Automotive for caring.

Stranded in Foxborough from NY. Made it to Williams Auto and felt like we were with friends. Jessica was helpful and warm right from the first phone call. We were impressed by the attentive and courteous way we were treated. She was very thorough yet mindful of our predicament (trying to get home.)
