Williams Automotive has always done an excellent job. They are available to answer and explain anything you need. I had 4 new tires put on my car, an oil change and a minor cosmetic item fixed. They informed me an air filter was in need of replacement. Everything was done timely and priced as expected.

You've taken care of my 2 previous Ford Explorers, so I knew it would be a good idea to have you take a close look at a used Explorer with 32,000 miles on it, especially since you'll be keeping it running for the next 6-8 years or so. Well, I have to admit that I'd pay 2-3 times what you charge to do a pre-purchase inspection. Not only did you find things when you put it up on the lift, but gave me a few other ideas to go back to the dealer and have him a) knock $1500 off the price, b) install 4 new tires, c) change the rotors and brake pads on front two wheels, and d) take care of a re-call issue that had previously been ignored. I would recommend Jeff & Jessica to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest mechanic to care for their vehicle.
