We have had work done by Williams Automotive for years now and it has always been a Five-Star experience. This week, once again Jeff and Jessica did a great job, they tried to find the best and cheapest way for me to rebuild the rear differential on my GMC Truck. It included trying to find a rebuilt assembly anywhere there might possibly be one. I will continue to have done my repairs there and I have recommended several friends to have any repair work done there, they have used Williams many times and most of them have thanked me for recommending Williams Automotive. I will continue to recommend Williams Automotive to anyone I know.

Once again I am leaving a 5 star review for Williams Automotive.I purchased a used car and brought it there for them to install 4 new tires and go thru everything that might need attention before we began to use it.I thought for sure that it would need brakes at least.Upon inspection,Jeff and Jessica informed me that the brakes,front end,wheel bearings and all safety related issues needed no attention.They could have easily padded the bill but they are honest.An inspection sticker,an alignment and a little electrical work and were good to go!Thanks guys!

I received a inspection rejection sticker because of a couple of things issues with my (headlight was hazy and emergency brake was not functioning properly). I had read positive reviews about Williams Automotive, so I decided to bring the car to them for repair. I explained the issues to Jessica and she said they would try to clean the headlight (to hopefully save $$) and figure out the issue with the emergency brake. After assessing everything they determined I would need a new headlight after all, and new cable for the emergency brake. I appreciate how Jessica kept me informed on everything with frequent updates via text. Not only did they make the repairs for a reasonable amount they made sure my car was re-inspected after the repairs and received a “passing” sticker, so all I had to do was pick up the car afterwards. I appreciated the positive customer service atmosphere and the organized process. Thanks!

Jeff, Jessica and team are great! After the Ford dealer told me it would be at least a week and $100+ just to diagnose what the problem might be, I found Williams Automotive online. Jeff put my 2014 Ford Taurus SHO up on a lift ran the test and diagnosed the issue 5 minutes after I stopped in, I couldn’t believe it! The issue was a the water pump had to be replaced, which involves pulling the entire engine out of the car. They were up front that it was a time consuming and pricey job, but it could get done quickly. The ordered the parts, pulled the engine and inspected the problem and came up with a great solution while keeping costs down. They actually took pictures of the inner working of the engine and sent them to me in order to put my mind at ease and show that some potential additional work was NOT necessary! The job was done quickly and under their original estimate. They are great, honest, hard working people that have the customers best interest in mind! The work was flawless and the car was like new after they finished the job.

As always, Jeff and Jess run the shop with professionalism and their personal touch. We’ve known them for decades, and know that our cars are in the right auto shop. Reliable and trustworthy and in a short amount of time, you guys are great! Keep up the good work!
