Like 99% of the population, I know very little about cars, and I take it for granted when mine is running correctly which, thanks to Williams Automotive, is most of the time. But when something goes wrong, I never hesitate to bring it in. You always treat my car as if it were your own, and you never "fix" something that wasn't broken. Trust is a scarce commodity nowadays, but when trust is combined with years of experience and knowledge, that is hard to beat. Just like going to my primary care, Jessica and Jeff take care of my car, keep records on service, and notify me when it's time for the next check up. They took me seriously when I mentioned a noise coming from the front end. I trust them.

I was told about this place from a coworker who raved at his honesty and technical knowledge. Also our vehicle maintainece guy also said he was good. I dropped my truck off to have a boched job that another place did, he had me straightened out in short order and the bill was reasonable. Definitley use them again!

I have Used Their services for the past 12 years, they are as good as it gets. They are not inexpensive, but they are HONEST to a fault. Rest asured you will be well treated. and repair turn over is good.

They know their stuff and take the time to explain everything to you. That is important but it is as important to be honest. And they are honest. On more than one occasion I have taken my car elsewhere (because it was closer to home) and was told I needed certain repairs done. I ultimately brought my car to Williams Automotive/AutoCraft to have the work done and found out it was not necessary. I don't bother anymore to bring it anywhere else.
