Like 99% of the population, I know very little about cars, and I take it for granted when mine is running correctly which, thanks to Williams Automotive, is most of the time. But when something goes wrong, I never hesitate to bring it in. You always treat my car as if it were your own, and you never "fix" something that wasn't broken. Trust is a scarce commodity nowadays, but when trust is combined with years of experience and knowledge, that is hard to beat.
