They have a professionalism about them that is also caring, and extremely sensitive to your time and they help out with every aspect of getting your vehicle repair and back to you as soon as possible. Good honest people.

This shop is honest and does good work for a fair price. I called them because my brake light went on, and I also needed a tune up and oil change. They fit me in the next day and were able to diagnose and fix the brake problem quickly after giving me an estimate that was quite reasonable. They also took care of the tune up and oil change, and my car was ready by the end of the day. The car is running well, and I plan to use this shop for my future maintenance and repair needs.

I rarely write reviews, but wanted let others know what great service Williams Automotive provides. From the time you call on the phone to discuss your issue until the time you receive your car back, there is always a high level of professional, yet friendly service. I have been a customer for 10 years. I sought out a mechanic who was more personal than a dealer or tire mechanics. I have 3 automobiles that I have serviced here. I have referred family who bring their new and older model cars here, as well as a few friends. Always a call with an estimate, reasonable repair time and convenient pick up times.
