WOW!!! A quick drop in for new windshield wipers. I was making an appointment & Jeff the owner said, no appointment necessary. He said the type you have are not here but I will have them within the hour. I did an errand & came back and new wipers were put on. I only go to Williams Automotive, inc for all my automotive repairs, etc. and my parents along with friends too! It is the best place & very professional, caring, reasonable and HONEST!!

Spoke with Kevin. He said another facility could not diagnose or fix the problem, but this business did. They provided professional and friendly service.

John said the service was good. They knew what they were doing and they were professional. He liked the hospitality.

Riyat said the details were good. He liked the details giving him information on his vehicle.

Saw a small problem when in for an oil change and got it fixed before it became a big problem
